Kristen has been in the real estate business since building her first home (from scratch!) in 1992. She has worked for various "national" and local custom home builders before opening "New Home Buyers Brokers" - one of the first (and BEST!) Buyer Agency firms in Charlotte. In 1998, she expanded the Firm to offer top notch listing services for home sellers and builders. She spends her spare time (!) buying and renovating foreclosures and investment property at a profit for herself and her clients.
