Veranda Custom Homes builds luxurious "Totally Custom" homes all over the Charlotte area, including the Union and York County areas. We stick build every home with the latest technology and energy saving features, and add a "southern twist" (with screened in porches, sunrooms, and full brick or hard coat stucco exteriors). Built from a woman's perspective for real "livability", not just for function, these homes are designed for the way families live today...our kitchens are designed with plenty of space for a large family to spread out, or to host a large gathering; you'll find extended center islands and raised bars for the placement of bar stools (ideal for an after-school snack area for the kids!), big pantries and breakfast nooks, lots of closets, and big bonus rooms, too! Our plans are custom-designed to take advantage of natural sunlight and and incorporate the real-life livability that today's lifestyle demands; like separate "chef's workstations" so everyone can fit in the kitchen and work or play together side by side, covered front porches, and large secondary bedrooms. Each plan has large owner's suites and extended master bedroom closets, super-duper master bath rooms, reinforced attic storage and big gathering rooms with a gentle flow, for ease of livability.

Alternate Elevations (ie, "different exterior looks") are available for all floor plans. Our homes may be custom-crafted to include: 3 Car Garages, Screened-In Porches & Sunrooms, Basement Foundations, Mobility-Challenged additions (Handicap Accessibility), and with Finished or Unfinished Bonus Rooms. All homes are priced based on a full brick, crawl space foundation and include a builder's structural warranty, too!

We will be happy to build your "Dream Home" on our home site, or on yours. We will also work with you to build YOUR floor plan, if you have a plan that you want to duplicate. The cost of each custom built home is dependent upon many factors; including lot cost, building materials, roof pitches, unique customization features and other unique factors that vary with every floor plan and home site.
